Supporting clients through Individual, Family and Couples Therapy.

Our services include individual counseling; but, more importantly we can customize our services to include family therapy or others that contribute to the well-being of our client’s behavioral health. Our goal is to provide our clients with tools to help resolve issues and/or strengthen relationships.

The services we offer include the following:

Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient Therapy consists of Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. It is also a collaborative process to meet the identified goals of the client and therapist. With this collaboration we can increase the overall positive functioning in familial, educational, social, home, and occupational domains. In the event that Psychiatric services are requested or recommended, we have specialist we can make a referral to that specializes in adults and children to meet this need.

We also provide counseling services for the following:

  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Divorce
  • Bullying
  • Sports injury recovery
  • Couples Counseling

Individual therapy sessions 125.00 per session
Intake/Assessments 150.00

Case Management

We believe that while addressing the needs of an individual is very important, the needs of the family or members of the household are also very important. Studies have shown when you also address the needs of the other members in the household the prognosis of a positive outcome is much greater. With the ability to provide therapeutic or case management assistance to the family or other members in the household, this creates an environment of progressive movement. Our case management services include but are not limited to, housing assistance, job assistance, disability assistance, assistance with children’s needs in the educational setting, and linking/referring family members to alternative services.

Supervision

Supervision is a collaboration between supervisor and supervisee. We ascribe to the integrative model to ensure diversity amongst supervisee’s is not stifled by one particular theoretical orientation. The integrative model allows the supervisee to freely develop while always ensuring that the needs of the client’s served are met. Each supervisee will complete an application, provide a copy of his/her resume, a copy of his/her disclosure statement, and a copy of current liability insurance. The supervisee will also complete an individual counselor development plan that is reviewed and revised periodically throughout the supervision period.

Currently accepting new supervisee’s in NC and GA. Contact Latisha Riley at latisha@familyfirstchoice.org for more information.
